Protein Science Facility (PSF) offers services, access to equipment and collaborations to research projects. It is organized in 3 departments :
► Production, purification and quality control of recombinant proteins (> mg) and synthetic peptides.
► Proteomic analysis by mass spectrometry and characterization of intermolecular interactions by Surface Plasmon Resonance and Bio-Layer Interferomtry.
► Structural characterization of proteins by circular dichroism and X-ray crystallography.
