{"id":51,"date":"2016-11-14T11:01:32","date_gmt":"2016-11-14T10:01:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lbti.cnrs.fr\/?page_id=51"},"modified":"2026-03-16T17:08:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T16:08:22","slug":"1ere-page","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lbti.ibcp.fr\/","title":{"rendered":"laboratoire de Biologie Tissulaire et d\u2019Ing\u00e9nierie Th\u00e9rapeutique"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"actus\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <strong>laboratoire de Biologie Tissulaire et d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie Th\u00e9rapeutique (LBTI) <\/strong>est l\u2019une deux unit\u00e9s mixtes <strong>CNRS <\/strong>\u2013<strong>Universit\u00e9 Claude Bernard Lyon 1 <\/strong>h\u00e9berg\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>Institut de Biologie et de Chimie des Prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> de Lyon (<strong>IBCP<\/strong>).<br \/>\nCette unit\u00e9 mixte de recherches (UMR 5305) cr\u00e9\u00e9e en Janvier 2013 compte une centaine de personnes dont 50% de permanents et 50\u00a0% d\u2019\u00e9tudiants, post-doctorants et CDD techniques. La sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de notre structure est sa <strong>pluridisciplinarit\u00e9 <\/strong>avec une <strong>forte activit\u00e9 translationnelle <\/strong>vers les applications cliniques de nos travaux. Nous associons ainsi des chimistes, des biochimistes, des biologistes cellulaires et mol\u00e9culaires, des physiologistes et des m\u00e9decins, dont les domaines de comp\u00e9tences se concentrent sur la <strong>biologie cellulaire et tissulaire de la peau et du cartilage<\/strong>, ainsi que sur l\u2019<strong>identification de cibles th\u00e9rapeutiques<\/strong> et sur la <strong>vectorisation tissulaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre objectif est \u00e9tudier un tissu biologique dans son int\u00e9grit\u00e9 fonctionnelle et de d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux concepts d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"actus\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre but est triple\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Approfondir et analyser les m\u00e9canismes fondamentaux de l\u2019<strong>organisation matricielle d\u2019un tissu<\/strong>, que ce soit la peau, les muqueuses ou le cartilage, et identifier des cibles th\u00e9rapeutiques potentielles,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Comprendre et \u00e9valuer la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ponse de ces tissus \u00e0 un <strong>stress physiologique ou m\u00e9canique<\/strong> et mod\u00e9liser ces actions,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proposer et tester des <strong>approches th\u00e9rapeutiques innovantes<\/strong> permettant de r\u00e9parer un tissu et de diffuser des agents th\u00e9rapeutiques dans un environnement tissulaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<script language=\"JavaScript1.2\">var IHRSS_WIDTH = \"98%\";
