\u00e0 la mise au point et \u00e0 la validation de m\u00e9thodes de dosage par HPLC:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-D\u00e9finition des besoins<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Tests pr\u00e9liminaires<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Conseils pour la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-D\u00e9finition des crit\u00e8res de validation de la m\u00e9thode<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Co-interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es d\u2019analyse<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-Aide technique si n\u00e9cessaire<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans un fonctionnement collaboratif, les utilisateurs sont les acteurs de leurs dosage apr\u00e8s leur formation pour l&rsquo;utilisation des \u00e9quipements, tandis que le plateau apporte les outils et l&rsquo;experience exclusivement d\u00e9di\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Grace \u00e0 des techniques valid\u00e9es, cette expertise permettent de doser des profils de lib\u00e9rations, d&rsquo;effectuer des suivis pharmacocin\u00e9tiques \u00e0 partir de tissus, ou de monitorer la presence de molecules dans des milieux de culture cellulaire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce plateau vient en compl\u00e9ment des plateformes existantes, notamment la Protein Science Facility (PSF) permettant l\u2019analyse prot\u00e9omique par spectrom\u00e9trie de masse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfr-biosciences.fr\/plateformes\/protein-sciences\">(PSF)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><u>Int\u00e9r\u00eats de l&rsquo;HPLC<\/u>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">-Forte sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">-Adaptable \u00e0 de nombreuses
