It is equipped with all the necessary tools for sectioning paraffin-embedded or frozen samples, including a <strong>manual microtome<\/strong>, an <strong>automated microtome<\/strong>, and <strong>two cryostats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These sections can then be used for various types of labeling (e.g., <strong>histological stains<\/strong>, <strong>immunohistochemistry<\/strong>, <strong>immunofluorescence<\/strong>, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, an <strong>inverted epifluorescence microscope<\/strong> (NIKON Eclipse TiE) is available to platform users for all <strong>optical microscopy observations and acquisitions<\/strong>, whether in transmitted light or fluorescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform also supports <strong>data analysis<\/strong>, thanks to software tools such as <strong>ImageJ<\/strong> and <strong>QuPath<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical support is available on-site to <strong>advise and train users<\/strong> on the different pieces of equipment, in compliance with <strong>Health and Safety<\/strong> regulations.
