L\u2019activit\u00e9 scientifique de notre laboratoire s\u2019articule autour de deux approches, l\u2019une est fondamentale et comprend l\u2019analyse des interactions entre les cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales et les composants des lames basales au cours des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019adh\u00e9rence et de migration cellulaires. L\u2019autre approche, \u00e0 vis\u00e9e appliqu\u00e9e, associe la Banque de Tissus et Cellules et le service des grands br\u00fbl\u00e9s de l\u2019H\u00f4pital Edouard Herriot (HCL, Lyon) pour d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019ing\u00e9ni\u00e9rie cellulaire destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la reconstruction tissulaire <em>in vivo<\/em> et <em>in<\/em>\u00a0<em>vitro<\/em>. Ces strat\u00e9gies de recherche compl\u00e9mentaires partagent un objectif commun\u00a0: la r\u00e9paration du tissu cutan\u00e9.
