Les demandes de remplacement des d\u00e9fauts de cartilage nasal apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9section carcinologique, traumatique ou cong\u00e9nitale et les rhinoplasties esth\u00e9tiques sont en constante augmentation. Des options chirurgicales actuelles sont limit\u00e9es par les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019obtention d\u2019une quantit\u00e9 suffisante de cartilage sans cause de morbidit\u00e9 au niveau du site donneur, la dur\u00e9e\/complexit\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure chirurgicale et le risque d\u2019infection.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5904\" src=\"https:\/\/lbti.ibcp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Picture1-300x66.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"596\" height=\"131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lbti.ibcp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Picture1-300x66.png 300w, https:\/\/lbti.ibcp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Picture1-1024x224.png 1024w, https:\/\/lbti.ibcp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Picture1-768x168.png 768w, https:\/\/lbti.ibcp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Picture1-1536x337.png 1536w, https:\/\/lbti.ibcp.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Picture1.png 1843w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons donc fabriqu\u00e9 une cloison nasale proth\u00e9tique hautement biocompatible \u00e0 partir d\u2019un biomat\u00e9riau poreux non r\u00e9sorbable imprim\u00e9 en 3D enrob\u00e9 d\u2019un hydrogel biocompatible comportant des chondrocytes nasaux. Ceci a abouti \u00e0 la formation d\u2019un cartilage artificiel pouvant \u00eatre implant\u00e9 <em>in vivo<\/em> pour la reconstruction du septum nasal.<\/p>\n<p>Les chondrocytes nasaux ont par ailleurs une capacit\u00e9 de prolif\u00e9ration plus importante, produisent un matrice extracellulaire plus dense et sont plus r\u00e9sistants aux signaux inflammatoires que les chondrocytes articulaires. Ils peuvent de plus \u00eatre pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s par biopsie du septum nasal de mani\u00e8re peu invasive, ce qui n\u2019entra\u00eene pas de morbidit\u00e9 au site donneur.
